Self-Love Workshops

Experience the transformative power of unconditional self-love in our 1.5-hour workshop, where you'll unravel unloving patterns like people-pleasing and self-judgment through insightful conversations and activities. Conclude with a blissful supine meditation focused on nurturing self-love, leaving you refreshed, empowered, and deeply connected to your true self.

Basic Health & Stress Management workshops

Stress Mgmt: With 78% of individuals experiencing daily stress, our health and well-being are at significant risk. Our stress management workshops provide practical self-care strategies and lifestyle adjustments to effectively prevent and manage stress, enhancing overall quality of life, including education around mindfulness, meditation and life management.

Basic Health: Our basic health workshops explore the pillars of health - sleep, food (and other inputs into the body) and energy expenditure (including exercise). How we live determines how we feel and how our body functions. By focusing on the basics of physical and mental health, we can prevent disease and optimize our experience - allowing for more joy, vitality and living.
